Steps to Reproduce:
(1) Go to your desktop.
(2) Start one instance of Mozilla.
(3) Open the prefs dialog (Edit | Preferences...).
(4) Go to Navigator > Smart Browsing.
(5) Click the `More Information...' button.
(6) In the new modal window that appears, click File > Exit
Result: For me, a "copy" of the Preferences window is still painted on my
desktop. Some kind of repainting issue.

Hm, don't see this on win2k (as opposed to ME).
I don't see it either (Win2K). I, like most of the other cowards around here,
don't have a WinME development system, either. Futuring (less bad than other
futured bugs) and asking for help.

I didn't see the problem as well...
proposing "worksforme" or something
No one has ever noticed this on a more recent OS. It needs to be WFMed on WinME,
if at all.
