634802 - Implement redesigned meat and potatoes of add-on detail page

Chowse finished designs for the new detail pages.  You can see the finished product[1] and code[2].

The dependent bugs will cover some specific details on the page, but this bug covers everything else.  Please look at the dependent bugs so you don't duplicate work.  Notes:

- The "Add to collection" and "Share this" links will continue to be mini popups like we have today.  Chowse may have a color change though.

Let's keep this on a separate branch until we're ready for QA - I don't want this to block our other code from going out.

Update: clicking on links that go to anchors in the same page (e.g. the reviews link at the top of the page) should do so w/ an animated scroll.

This is done. There's definitely nits that need picking, but I'd like to get QA rolling on it.
