Build Identifier: 3.5.9

Our application has a help feature which launches the help pages using the default browser in the machine.
On SLES 10 SP2, it has been noted that when the help file is launched, the right pane is not active. The buttons that represents the "print", "bookmark", "previous", and "show in contents" are grayed out. But, the "V" (next) button isn't grayed out. After selecting the "V" button, the "print", "bookmark", and "show in contents" buttons are no longer grayed out.
From our applications perspective, the hyperlinks in the help files start working only after the "V"(next) button is pressed.

However, we have seen that the same application works perfectly on RHEL system where the browser is 3.0.5

We also downgraded to SLES 10 SP1 which runs Firefox v2.0.0.14 and found that the behavior is correct on that machine.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Launch the help page(or any HTML page) on the machine. the links would be inactive
2.Press "Next" (V)button, the lkins become active
3.
Actual Results:
The buttons in the right pane are inactive

Expected Results:
The buttons in the right pane should be active

Screenshots from both RHEL and SLES10 machines attached.
