User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:2.0b11) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/4.0b11 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:2.0b11) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/4.0b11 I, like many others (e.g., see bug Bug 608693), want Open New Window to open a blank page and not the home group. When opening a new window (after the browser is already up & running), it gets the home page/group. That's annoying. I open a new window to go to a new site. If I want Home, I press the Home button. I propose adding an option to give the user control over this - please see below. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Pre-requisite - Set up home page or pages 2.Open Firefox 3.Click "Open New Window" Actual Results: Opens a new window with all home page tabs (as at startup). (This is apparently the current expected behavior - see below for the proposed enhancement to give the user control over this behavior) Expected Results: Open a new window with one blank tab. (if the proposed option has been selected) I am suggesting an enhancement. Add to the options a choice of behavior on Open New Window (or Ctrl-N). The choices should be: ( ) Open Home Page(s) ( ) Open blank page
