634955 - Awesomebar remembers and suggests URLs of POST results

Description

Expected behavior: The awesomebar should not suggest URLs that for POST results that didn't redirect to a GET-able URL because doing a GET on the POST URL will often not give the expected results.

Actual behavior: The awesomebar does suggest URLs for POST results, creating user confusion.

STR:

1. File a new bug in bugzilla (e.g. "Awesomebar remembers and suggests titles of POST results"). This will POST to https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/enter_bug.cgi and https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/enter_bug.cgi will be in the address bar.

3. Navigate away from the bug.

3. Type in part of the title of the bug (e.g. "Awesomebar remembers")

4. Awesomebar will suggest https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/enter_bug.cgi.

5. Take the awesomebar's suggestion.

6. Notice that the content of the page is nothing relevant to what you typed into the awesomebar to navigate to that page.

This makes the awesome bar a lot less awesome. I will nominate it at least for evaluation.

This is not a regression, and we've shipped with it since we had the new location bar.  Not going to block on it.

this happens from 3.0 afaict, amd probably this bug is a dupe (I'm sure there is a bug on this)

currently we don't store post pages in history since they are filtered at the docshell level.
