Using the oxygen-gtk GTK2 theme, xul scrollbars do not fully respond to a dynamic theme change. When changing the number of arrows at either end of the scrollbar, the scrollbar track is redrawn, but the arrows are not added or removed and the scrollbar size remains the same. Refreshing the page redraws the scrollbar properly.
I will attach a screenshot to illustrate.

Forgot to mention that this is on FF 4 beta 11 with the patch added from bug 624425.
