635093 - False positive in "em:unpack required" check in validator

The latest version of Memory Fox has a binary and has em:unpack set to true in install.rdf. However, the validator shows a warning saying that em:unpack should be set to true, apparently because it didn't see the tag in the install.rdf file.

If this is in fact a dupe, and it was pushed live yesterday as scheduled, it should be reopened because I still see the incorrect warning.

Just tested the attachment locally and on allizom and the only warning that I'm getting is for a ".exe" file. Looks like this was fixed.

If you still see this somewhere, Kumar can probably explain it.
