Steps:

Set Browser Language: ja
Preferences:Content:Languages:ja
- Load AMO home page: https://addons.mozilla.org/ja/firefox/
- Click on the link: Features->Performance

Result: Page loads at:http://mozilla.jp/firefox/performance/ which is error 404

Note: in en-US language the page redirects to :http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/underthehood/ whereas this page is not available in localized versions:
ex: http://www.mozilla.com/de/firefox/underthehood/

Closing old Mozilla.org website bugs due to them not being relevant to the new Python-based Bedrock system. Re-open if this is a critical bug and should be resolved on the new system too.
