Reopening immediately after closing Firefox does not work

Immediately after closing of Firefox. I am trying to open Firefox. And it generates an error message like "Firefox is already running, close all instances of Firefox". In fact firefox window is not visible but on the task manager, it still works. After this message, to open Firefox I have to close process from task manager.

Does this happen only if you immediately try to open it again or does it work after 2-3s ?

Exactly what you said. If I try to open immediately after closing, it will not work and generates that message. If I wait couple of seconds, It will open stable.
