steps to reproduce:
1. Load the search results page @ https://addons.allizom.org/z/en-US/editors/queue/nominated?text_query=moja&admin_review=&application_id=&max_version=&waiting_time_days=
2. Notice the search results counter

observed behavior:
 counter shows 1-100 of 148 irrespective of the # of search results. See screenshot

The counter doesn't show unless there is more than 1 page of results.  This is consistent with the rest of the editor tools listing pages.
