Throughout use of the browser the image button and tab buttons contain some new noise.  The images are not clean anymore.  Cannot attach screenshot, but is available upon request.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Running minefield and was prompted to update
2.Every further load of the browser has this issue
3.
Actual Results:  
Browser loaded and functions, but button images are messed up.

Expected Results:  
Button images should have loaded as clean images.
