if you already have firefox installed and install the program anyconnect from cisco for vpn access you will no longer be able to upgrade firefox without getting this error libsonftokn3.dylib.  The work around is to uninstall current ver of firefox then install the new version.  All other upgrades after this point will work fine.  this was tested on mac X only.  Will be testing other versions of mac in the next couple days. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. install firefox 
2. install anyconnect (cisco vpn)
3. try to upgrade firefox. 
Actual Results:  
you receive the this error during installation "the operation can't be completed because the item "libsoftokn3.dylib" is in use. 

Expected Results:  
upgraded.
