Details

Under OS 8.6 (and probably earlier) with WorldScript I, Mozilla, when launched,
stops in mid starting and quits w\o any announcement.
This also happened with Netscape 6, if this is of any help.
To explain the severity of the problem: no user who wants to use Hebrew or visit
sites written in Hebrew will use Mozilla.
Please reassign this bug. I'm bs-BA contributor.
No need to reassign, this is a dup.
Note that bug 61031 is reported against central european scripts, but there is a 
comment saying that hebrew scripts also don't work, so bug 61031 covers both.
