Creating a 7th tab in Panorama while the tabs are stacked in a pile, makes the zoom out animation disappear when returning to Tab Groups.

Reproducible: always

Steps to reproduce:
 1. Create 6 tabs in Tab view.
 2. Go to Panorama and minimize group in order to obtain a pile.
 3. Create new tab while in Panorama (either CTRL+T or plus button of the group)
 4. Return to Panorama

Actual results:
 - there is no zoom out animation when returning to Panorama

Expected results:
 - a zoom out animation is present
