Details

We need to provide search functionality to Drumbeat.org for projects and people. Systems under review:

* Haystack + Solr - http://haystacksearch.org/ 
* Elasticsearch - http://www.elasticsearch.org/
Discussed this with Paul - given mozilla's existing usage of elasticsearch - I'm going to look at integrating that as a provider for haystack for use in batucada.
