What are the steps that need to be followed for QA to verify this?
Go to the release feedback page, see colorful icons. Compare to prod to see the difference.
Hm, can he see this when using the latest 3.6.x release?
That was going to be my next question. How do I get to that page?
The fact that the release feedback pages only work with Firefox 4 + user agent switcher hasn't changed and won't change until Firefox 4 final is released. Let me know if you need help with that, and I'll try to dig up the instructions again.
a Ha! Yes, you're right. I simply changed the version number to "4.0" Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.5; rv:2.0b12) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/4.0 ...and the release submission page loaded. Thanks, Fred.
Ha! Oye vey... thanks! I didn't realize this was targeted at 4.0. The changes look gorgeous. QA verified. Thanks Fred.
