Seems like communication between testclient -q and selfserver never happened,
but testclient did not give a failure return code. This might be related to our
general returncode problems on NT.
Only happened on the OPT version of the NT build (Win95 build and DEBUG build
never showed problems) - reran today's tests to see how intermittant it is,
different failures in ssl auth again, QA yesterday on clio was fine, today's
tests on sonjaNT are fine.
CCing wtc, since clio might be needed to reproduce the problems

This appears to be a duplicate of bug #64695,
"Win2000 selfserver dies intermittantly (NT build only)".
Priority: -- → P2
Target Milestone: --- → 3.2

I also think this is the same failure, I had forgotten about this problem. I
mark it as a duplicate

I marked it as duplicate of the wrong bug (#64965) first, but then the 2nd time
as a duplicate of 64695, this is in the reference of #64695, but not in this
bug. Sorry about that.
