Alert display and cannot rename a folder in Cyrus IMAP mail account.

Steps:
1)Be sure setup personal namespace "Inbox." in the server advanced setting for
the Cyrus IMAP mail account.
2)Login to this Cyrus IMAP mail account
3)Create a new folder
3)Tried to rename this folder
4) Actual Results:
   a) An alert displays "The current command did not succeed. The mail server
      responded: Permission denied"
b)After select the OK button for dismiss this dialog, the folder
     didn't get renamed

Expected results: Shouldn't display the alert and should rename folder
successfully.
Reassigning to self. Working on a potential fix.

Still adding keywords mail4, nsbeta1, regression, since this is important
regression, without this fix, the users won't be able to rename the folder
successfully in the Cyrus IMAP account.
