User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64; rv:2.0b12pre) Gecko/20110218 Firefox/4.0b12pre
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64; rv:2.0b12pre) Gecko/20110222 Firefox/4.0b12pre

When i install last upgrade on ma laptop, firefox have crashed graphic. The same operation on my home PC and the same Windows 7 work fine.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
My laptop. Graphic "Mobile Intel (R) 965 Express chipset Family".
My home pc. Graphic "Nvidia gt 280 series"
Both: Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit.
Install last version Firefox 4.0 b12pre x64 (2011-02-22)
Keywords: 64bit
Version: unspecified → Trunk
Works for me on:

 Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; rv:2.0b12pre) Gecko/20110222 Firefox/4.0b12pre

*Note: Unclear Steps to Reproduce
A screenshot would help, 300MB for the video is too large.
This is probably a dupe of bug 635463
No, is not a duplicate bug 635463 because "Disable Hardware Acceleration" and restart FF can't help.
The issue in bug 635463 only appears when NOT using hardware acceleration.

So sounds like a dupe to me, unless you can get it to occur when about:support shows 1/1 accelerated windows at the bottom.

Note: Even if you have hardware acceleration enabled in prefs, it may not be active, since:
- You have to restart Firefox before changes take effect
- Your GFX card/driver may be too old/blocklisted
...the only sure way to tell is to look at the graphics section of about:support

Suggest trying with a 32bit build and if the problem goes away, then it's even more likely a dupe.

And READ ALL.
DISABLED HARDWARE ACCELERATE doesn't HELP! DONT WRITE if you don't read all.
I did read what you put, I think you've misunderstood what causes the other bug.

Disabled hardware acceleration CAUSES the bug.
Plus even if you've tried to enable hardware acceleration, it's possible it won't be enabled after all; which means that the bug will still occur.

Please re-read that bug 635463 as well as comment 4 here.
In FF 4.0b13pre (2011-02-23) problem still exist. I test on HARDWARE ACCELERATION ON and OFF!!
Please paste the contents of the graphics section from the about:support page please (use the copy to clipboard button at the top of the page, since copying directly looses line breaks) - for both hardware acceleration on and also off.

At moment i test version pre13 32 bit and work fine. Problem is only on 64 bit version.
P.S. I use firefox 4 64 bit from 2 month. The problem appeared in the space of two recent updates.
This is a dupe of bug 635463 based on the screenshot and the driver version/hardware
