636128 - Continue button is enabled before the screenshots are uploaded completely while submitting add-ons

1.Load https://addons-next.allizom.org/en-US/developers/addon/submit/1
2.Continue the process till step 4.Add Images
3.In "Add Images" page click "Add a Screenshot..." button and select an image and upload
Note:Observe the continue button, it is disabled(greyed out) and the image container container swirls
4.After the image uploads sucessfully, click "Upload a Custom icon..." and select an icon and upload - here again the Continue button is diabled
5.Immediately after selecting custom icon again click "Add a Screenshot..." button and select an image and upload
Note:observe the continue button, as soon as the custom icon is uploaded it becomes enabled even the screenshot is being uploaded
6.Click Continue as soon as the button is enabled and complete the submission process
7.Now go to Edit listing 
8.Goto add-on listing page of the submitted addon

Acutal result:
After step 7:image container continues to swirl
After step 8:blank image container is present and after clicking on it, it opens a preview and keeps on rotating

-Click on "Upload a custom icon..." and select any screenshot
-Quickly click on "Add a screenshot.." and select some multiple screenshots
Note: "Quickly" meaning: custom icon is not yet uploaded fully and "Continue" button is in disabled state

Result:Note there is a time gap between two image uploads, noticed sometimes that custom icon is uploaded and screenshot is still in uploading state.At this moment "Continue" button becomes active accepting the mouse clicks

Same issue reproducible when editing images for a submitted addon (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/developers/addon/smurfs/edit). 

"Save Changes" button becomes active before all screenshots are completely loaded and the consequence is that we will have empty images in addon description.
