Details

If you have more than 256 sites in cookperm.txt, the Cookie Sites and
Image Sites tabs in the cookie manager are blank, making editing the
list impossible.

Using 20001212, on Linux (Red Hat 7.0).
Try a recent build and you'll notice that this problem has been fixed.  And, by 
the way, the limit was not 256 cookie sites but rather was a limit on the length 
of the strings making up the cookie sites.
