steps to reproduce: 1. Load https://addons-next.allizom.org/en-US/developers/addon/green-hornet-1/ownership 2. Add EULA and privacy policy 3. Check the activity feeds in Recent changes observed behavior: Activity feeds missing for adding EULA/privacy policy
