Steps To Reproduce 1.Open an alert() 2.Press TAB a few times 3.At some point you can see a blue focus ring around the OK button, but there is no dotted line around the OK text. 4.Press TAB again, and now there is a dotted line around the OK text. If you press Enter at step 3, the button is pressed.

Yeah, Toolkit. I've noticed this... oddity... when implementing the tab-modal dialogs for Firefox 4 and testing focus-related fixes. I kept the current behavior, but it seems odd to me. My guess had been that this was for accessibility (!) so you could tab to the dialog text and then select it to cut/paste. While having the text selectable is definitely useful, having it tab order just seems odd.
