Dear reporter,
Can you please be more specific about the problem you have found? I tend to think the problem you reported is that the tab view button can overlap a group. Am I correct?

The Tab View button (and search button, and tray) can be over a group by design. If this bug is meant to be about something different, please clarify and re-open, re-file.
