inbox.com toolbar causes firefox to crash when uploading files to send as attachments. if minimised it causes firefox to display multiole images on screen. This toolbar also sloxs up firefox to such an extent that it times out frequently. Also stops firefox returning to previous page being browsed.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1.just try to upload pictures with inbox toolbar.
2
3.
Actual Results:
As above

Expected Results:
As previously reported

The length of time inbox toolbar is causing firefox to take to open must mean there are security issues .

Can you confirm that this toolbar is the cause, by disabling just the toolbar in the addons manager, restarting Firefox and seeing if the symptoms disappear.

If the toolbar is as bad as you say it is, then it may be a candidate for blocklisting perhaps...

I had to go back to last known good configuration and reinstall my wireless hub after uninstalling- twice! I have not tried this with any other OS though.
Reporter, please can you confirm whether this issue still occurs using Firefox 4.0.1 (http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/new/) or higher, in Firefox safe mode (http://support.mozilla.com/kb/Safe+Mode) and/or with a clean profile (http://support.mozilla.com/kb/Basic+Troubleshooting#w_8-make-a-new-profile). Ideally, also check using the latest nightly: http://nightly.mozilla.org/

If this issue no longer occurs, please close as "Resolved Worksforme".

It it in fact still occurs, please provide as much extra information as possible, including what versions tried, whether safe mode/new profile tested etc. Thanks! :-)

(Template reply to inactive UNCO bugs; also setting closemedate for 2 weeks time, given lack of activity).
