User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 5.1; rv:2.0b11) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/4.0b11
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 5.1; rv:2.0b11) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/4.0b11
The firefox screen with many Tabs is not getting refreshed any more when the system screensaver, blank screen or lock is made. After unlocking the system the entire screen of firefox does not refresh any more. Only restart helps to resolve the problem before the next time the system is getting locked.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Make a screensaver to Blank screen and 5 sec and system lock as parameter.
2. Wait 5 sec to hit the screensaver.
3. After the unlock the firefox window is not refreshing any more and no data is visible, but only the content of other windows.
Expected Results:
The tabs and menus should be redrawn in their context to show up the firefox.

This Works For Me on Build identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 5.1; rv:2.0b12) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/4.0b12.
Reporter, can you provide more details, regarding your graphic card and hardware acceleration?
Component: General → Graphics
Product: Firefox → Core

I am using win XP x86 with 2 monitors, which may be also the cause for the problem, since the virtual screen area is increased and the firefox is displayed on the external monitor, maybe that is why it is not refreshing.
I am currently testing Firefox beta 12 pre and it seems to work, however I will proceed with more testing today.
Hardware: Lenovo W500.

Please post the Content of the Graphics Section you can get via "about:support".
I can confirm that I got this issue with beta 12 pre as well, so the issue still persists.
As from quick test the problem dosn't repeat all the time, so after quick lock and unlock of the screen the problem does not come again.

Reporter, please can you confirm whether this issue still occurs using Firefox 4.0.1 (http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/new/) or higher, in Firefox safe mode (http://support.mozilla.com/kb/Safe+Mode) and/or with a clean profile (http://support.mozilla.com/kb/Basic+Troubleshooting#w_8-make-a-new-profile). Ideally, also check using the latest nightly: http://nightly.mozilla.org/
If this issue no longer occurs, please close as "Resolved Worksforme".
It it in fact still occurs, please provide as much extra information as possible, including what versions tried, whether safe mode/new profile tested etc. Thanks! :-)
(Template reply to inactive UNCO bugs; also setting closemedate for 2 weeks time, given lack of activity).

no changes made, but the problem does not occur any more.
Thanks for your help.
