(1) add "close all tabs" or "Exit" option to Android menu and/or to tabs side panel. Re-opening the browser should show the list of "tabs from last time"
(2) add option to "clear private data" on exit

Marking this as fixed. We can follow up about "clear on exit", but I think that use case will be better addressed by a private browsing mode, or profiles. (mfinkle has an add-on for profiles.) Also, I don't want to deal with the "Clear Private Data" until we have better options for it in product.

Add-on "Cleary" https://addons.mozilla.org/en-us/mobile/addon/cleary/ adds this cool feature to set what user wants cleared on exit.
