Not a security-sensitive bug. What version of Firefox are you using, and what are the exact steps? We've changed the session-restore logic in Firefox 4 betas so that we don't prompt on shutdown. Instead about:home gives you the option of restoring, and you can also do it from the History menu.

Hi Rajesh. As Benjamin points out, we now always save session. However, we don't always restore session. You can restore your previous session through about:home or History > Restore previous session.
If you are unable to do this with Firefox 4.0rc1, please tell us more details about how you reproduce the issue.
