636682 - Generate some Thunderbird 3.1.8 builds with Get An Account installed by default

We want to experiment with pushing these out for getting better feedback on Get An Account.

Re-packing with the add-on is quite easy - our partner repack code can do that for us.

How to gracefully discontinue the add-on when we get to end of life is a bit more uncertain. I think we can probably do something reasonable depending on how many people use it. I'll start a separate discussion elsewhere on that.

I've taken Blake's 1.0.2 version that he supplied me and pushed it to our tb-partner-repacks repository:

With thanks to buildbot, unsigned builds generated in about 5 minutes from 3.1.8 build 3:

Blake, please can you verify that these have the right version/files for Get An Account 1.0.2 and that they work as you expect.

Then pass to Ludovic who can verify that build 3 is the one that was repacked and just give them the quick once-over.

Yes, the Mac OS X version seems to work with both the live server, and the test server.
