Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start Minefield with new profile
2. Enable smooth scrolling
3. Open http://labaq.com/archives/51527925.html
4. Play back flash movie(in the middle of the page)
5. Scroll up and down by slowly

Actual Results:
 Video controls of embedded Flash movie does not repaint properly.
 Text is covered by Flash container.

Expected Results:
 Video controls of embedded Flash movie should repaint properly.
 Thext should not be covered by Flash.

I see this noticeably on beta 11 but not as much with beta 12 using the same Flash version.

Still an issue within Firefox, now that Smooth Scrolling is enabled by default. Also occurs on Linux.
