Menu appears in Browser Full Screen Mode, while toggling Full Screen of a you tube video

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Load the you tube video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=okvp4c14kHY&feature=topvideos
2.Go to Browser Full Screen, View->Full Screen or Cmd+Shift+F
3.Now click on Full Screen button of the video
4.Come out from Full Screen (video)
Actual Results:  
Menu bar starts appearing

Expected Results:  
Browser is in Full Screen mode, so no menu bar should be visible

Another issue noticed is as follows:
- Load youtube video
- Browser Full Screen
- Pop out the video
- Full Screen the video
- Exit Full Screen of the video

Result: Pop out window title bar (containing close button) is hidden behind the Menu Bar appearing

This is irrespective of youtube(flash plugin), since this happens while doing the same steps with a SilverLight Video

I'm unable to reproduce the problem described in comment #0 with Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.6; rv:2.0b13pre) Gecko/20110226 Firefox/4.0b13pre. on Mac OS X 10.6.6. Perhaps it's 10.5.x-only?

Changing resolution to NEW.

We're in the process of removing support for plugins (bug 1677160), so I think this bug is irrelevant now.
