When "Tabs on top" on top is disabled, the presence of a (disabled) third-party toolbar breaks the tabbar background and makes it blue.

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; rv:2.0b12) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/4.0b12
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; rv:2.0b12) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/4.0b12
In my Firefox configuration "Tabs on top" is disabled. When subsequently an add-on is installed that adds a third-party toolbar (for example Webmail Notifier or the Google Toolbar), the tabbar background turns the same blue as the toolbar. This happens even when all toolbars (except the navigation toolbar) are disabled through "View->Toolbars".

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Disable "Tabs on top"
2. Install an add-on that adds a toolbar (for example Webmail Notifier or the Google Toolbar)
3. Hide all toolbars except the navigation toolbar through "View->Toolbars"
Actual Results:
When these steps are followed the background of the tabbar wrongly turns blue.
Expected Results:
The desired result should however be that the tabbar stays integrated with the OS and has the same background as the navigation toolbar.
The correct way Firefox should operate in this case can be found by disabling "Tabs on top" and hiding all toolbars except the navigation toolbar on a stock version of the Firefox 4.0 beta. When the user then toggles between an enabled and disabled bookmarks toolbar the tabbar always properly keeps the correct background.
