Builder generated add-ons always claim compatibility with other applications (Thunderbird, Fennec) by default. Nearly no developer is aware of this and for addons.mozilla.org, non-functioning add-ons poison the Thunderbird and Fennec repositories. 1. Please comment the Thunderbird and Fennec/Firefox Mobile compatibility so that it is not active anymore by default. 2. Add UI for the compatibility into the add-ons builder.
This is fixed in the latest release of the SDK, these flags were set on their end. Closing as this should no longer be an issue.
