On Windows 7 and Windows XP with Classic theme too, the navigation buttons in the minimonth are too narrow (next and previous month buttons are only 7 pixels wide) and it results a poor usability.

Since there are only images inside those buttons, I've thought to fix a minimum width.
The patch needs to be verified on Linux and Mac.

Looks fine on both linux and mac. It does increase the min-width of the sidebar, there is another bug that occurrs when you make the sidebar smaller, the display gets messed up. Maybe you have a solution for that too :)

Could you please tell us how it breaks the layout? Can you attach a screenshot? Is by chance bug 637667 the broken layout?
Sorry, it is bug 637667 indeed. This patch only made it visible for me.
