The preferences window on Firefox 4 Beta 12 on Mac OS X doesn't close properly.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Preferences Window
2. Click OK or Cancel to close
Actual Results:  
Window doesn't close properly, leaves a grey square in the top left corner. Square always appears above all windows. The preferences window is gone from the Windows menu list. Must restart Firefox to remove square.

Expected Results:  
Preferences window should close.
