Firefox crashed.  5 days ago.  Keep sending reports. But still cannot load Firefox.

Can you start Firefox in Safe Mode? http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Safe+Mode

How about with a new, empty profile? http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Basic+Troubleshooting#Make_a_new_profile

What version of Firefox are you running?

This sounds serious.  Maybe sending an archive with the actual profile can be a start.
