On Windows 7 Professional 64bit using FireFox 4.0b12 only when printing, letters space out wide, almost as if a double monospace spacing occurs even with variable width fonts.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Put text in SVG in XHTML.
2. Print.
3. 
Actual Results:  
Letters space wide. See link. 

Expected Results:  
Letters correctly kerned as per font tables.
Dana, this looks like a duplicate of bug 635768.  Could you please try a current nightly to see whether this is fixed there?
