User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.1; en-US) AppleWebKit/534.16 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/10.0.648.119 Safari/534.16 Build Identifier: Firefox 4.0b12 F5 Firepass SSL VPN extension is not anymore working. It used to work before on version 3.6 Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Login to company's firepass login page 2. Click on SSL VPN to install extension (installer is not showing anymore) 3. Actual Results: firefox extension for F5 firepass VPN is not installing Expected Results: On the initial use, firepass extension will install and on the succeeding usage the SSL VPN extension will run and execute

This is most likely an issue with the extension itself (must be updated) but can you point me to the extension ?

The extension is called F5 Networks Host Plugin. It just automatically installed when I login to our F5 firepass web.

And it will also install F5 Networks Firepass Host Plugin
