3. Move the favourite bar beside the tab bar

Could reproduce the STRs in the description on:
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; rv:2.0b12) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/4.0b12
*Note: Since the issue reported is when editing/customizing toolbars and buttons this is not actually a bug. IMO the way it displays in the attachement (Comment 1) is the correct one when customizing (as it helps the user to view all the visual options)
