637454 - Request More Info review emails arriving with incorrect followup link

When you send a Request More Info message to an author, there's a line right after the editor's comments that currently reads:

Please go to https://addons.mozilla.org/developers/discuss/ to reply. 

This link is missing an id, and leads to an "Add-on Not Found" message page. This is the main followup channel for these kinds of requests, so it should be fixed very soon.

The discussions aren't being implemented in zamboni because we wanted to rethink how they worked.  With that in mind, let's just remove that line from the email.  The line after it suggests replying to the email already.
