for some e-mails in html format with an image attachment, and an img html tag in the message body that refers to the attachment, the img tag is displayed as a blank frame with a 'broken file' icon. but the jpeg attachment appears correctly as an inline attachment below the message, and in the attachment bar.

The message is multipart/alternative with text and html version and the message viewer does show the html version. the html has a tag like
<img width=3D417 height=3D385 alt=3D"" hspace=3D1 vspace=3D1 src=3D"cid:654=
08066.01CBD3AD.70499D79.6272FB61_csseditor">,
and the header of the image attachment is

Content-Type: image/jpeg;

"Display Attachments inline" is enabled, and "Message body as" is "Original HTML". Setting it to "Simple HTML" hides the img frame completely.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. import message (bugreport.eml) into thunderbird
2. view message in message viewer
Actual Results:  
the message renders correctly, except the img container remains a blank frame with a broken file icon, but of the correct dimensions. the attachment is shown below the message body, and in the attachment list below the message viewer.

Expected Results:  
the image attachment should also show up in the img frame

it works if the mime type of the email is multipart/related instead of multipart/mixed.
