I was trying to report that the url above was broken. I'm using 4.0b13pre and the page tried to get me to download to 4.0b12pre. 

I tried to report this via help -> submit feedback but Minefield kept crashing.

I was expecting to give feedback.
George, first of all as you have probably read on the feedback page, an user can submit a feedback only if (s)he uses the beta release and not the nightly builds.

Regarding your second observation can you please provide more specific steps to reproduce the crash.

Also provide a stacktrace for the crashes:
