Remove the Thunderbird 2 download page from the website
We started major updates from Thunderbird 2 last June, and we now have somewhere around 10-15% of our ADUs left on 2.0.x. Given that 2.0.x has known security issues and we have also now obsoleted 3.0.x, I think we should remove the 2.0.x page from our website and stop promoting it. The current bouncer links will probably work for a while at least, i.e. http://download.mozilla.org/?product=thunderbird-188.8.131.52&os=win&lang=en-US http://download.mozilla.org/?product=thunderbird-184.108.40.206&os=osx&lang=en-US http://download.mozilla.org/?product=thunderbird-220.127.116.11&os=linux&lang=en-US (obviously replace en-US as appropriate) and if they stop working, then it is always available via ftp: ftp://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/thunderbird/releases/18.104.22.168/ (please use the ftp link as a last resort, as ftp doesn't go via the mirrors).
This patch removes the links to the all-older-2.0.html page. Note there's a ko page which is in there as well which seems pretty broken. We should probably deal with that in a separate bug though. Files also to be removed are (not included in patch as svn makes that hard): en-US/thunderbird/all-older-2.0.html includes/thunderbird20BuildDetails.php includes/thunderbird20Details.class.php
