Right clicking on the dock icon for Firefox shows a list of tabs and a "new window" item.

Doing the same for Thunderbird just shows the current tab. It would be swell if the tab list is also shown for Thunderbird. This is likely a matter of extending the "Window" menu to show all tabs, instead of just windows.

The same is true for the "Window" menu.  It no longer shows a list of all tabs.  It, too, it only lists the tab currently showing on the screen of each open window.
