637791 - Privacy policy page for Mobile add-ons

Description

Currently, clicking on privacy policy for a mobile add-on loads the full site. 

There is no way for the user to get back to the add-on detail page without hitting the back button or having eyes sharp enough to pick the link in the footer(in a small screen)

 We should probably have a mobile page for privacy policy.

There is a link to return to the add-on right in the middle of the page after the privacy policy.

Having it popup in a lightbox would be more in line with our new page design, but saying there is no way to return is invalid.

If this is something we plan to do in the near future, we should keep this bug open.
