Details

When you are entering an <AREA>, at first a standard cursor form is shown.
It will not change to the correct "hand"-cursor until you move it further on.
This isn't a severe bug, but it is annoying when moving through an image map
with many small areas (e.g. blue map on http://clarence.de/landkarten.html ).
The small country image references a MAP element contains over 300+ area elements.
Moving the cursor over this image doesn't always show a hand cursor. When this
is the case, you get a arrow pointer which can be used to click on a region that
the cursor is over.

Hmmm. I can't reproduce this on Linux. Is this Windows-only? If so, it should
probably go to the windows widget owner (kmcclusk?).

But for now, actually reassigning to the owner of the new component.

I definitely see this in Win2K. Based on the severity of my current other bugs
I'm going to have to mark it future for now, though.

This bug has been marked "future" because the original netscape engineer
working on this is over-burdened. If you feel this is an error, that you or
another known resource will be working on this bug,or if it blocks your work
in some way -- please attach your concern to the bug for reconsideration.
