63808 - Certain page attributes will not display

On a slower computer (P133/32MB) using the Win32 12/26/00 installer build, some 
of the images of this website won't load.  The images in question are the border 
images of the floating tables.  I have 2 possible causes - a Necko timeout due 
to the 56k modem or problems dealing with Norton Internet Security v2 and its 
cookie filtering.
This problem is not present on a Pentium 3/128MB RAM running on a T1 based 
network without Norton.

Reporter, this may be due to the fact that your computer is below the minimum
computer requirements to run Mozilla properly. Minimum is 64MB RAM and a Pentium
200 MHz processor.

wfm build 2000122705, Windows 98.

Works for me under Windows ME, Pentium II (266 mhz). Tested with 2000123120 build.
