Per marketing, they'd like us to have a consistent name for Tab Groups/Panorama/TabCandy, so we should change the menu item in Firefox.

I realize string freeze is long past, so this bug is here for Fx.Next

Here is a list of Panorama strings.  Are we keeping the word "Group" e.g. "Group your tabs", "name this tab group"?  If not, what we should use?

This bug is obsolete now that Panorama has been removed.
