When you edit a POP account, there is no way to change the username or server; they're listed, but not editable. This means that any time you change your email provider, add or remove a proxy like Norton Antivirus' POP proxy, or even just change your username, you have to remove the old account and create a new one. Aside from being annoying, this becomes a serious pain if you've upgraded from earlier versions of Netscape, in which case all of your folders are recreated not under Local Folders, but under the account. And since you can't move folders, you're stuck with recreating the folder hierarchy under Local Folders and copying the messages from each folder. I've noticed this under both Windows and Linux.
