steps to reproduce:
1. Load the mobile homepage
2. Check the featured add-ons


expected behavior:
personas are not listed under featured add-ons. 
observed behavior:
personas are. However, I have never seen this on Android. Clicking loads the persona detail page without the preview which is not very useful.

So, the bug here is that there is a persona on the featured list for mobile?

The bug is that personas is listed among the featured add-ons  when it shouldn't be as per bug 610067

what makes this bug worse is that the persona detail page is missing the preview.

Ah, -> jbalogh to do what cvan did in that bug.  https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/buglist.cgi?quicksearch=[t%3Amango] is going to fix our feature confusions in/around Q3, but in the mean time, let's not show personas here.

Putting this in 6.0.0 because mobile personas pages aren't done yet and mobile folks aren't supposed to be able to get to them.

I disabled the mobile personas pages and I'm bumping the rest of this bug because Fennec will go to /mobile, not /firefox.
